About the Hazel House
The Hazel House is located on Oldakers Place in Ansted WV, situated alongside our private road, this home boasts large front and side porches and a spacious open large patio area adjacent to a hillside and small creek that flows onto the New River – The grill, supplies, tables and seating are all provided and there are plenty of indoor and outdoor games for the entire family!
We are very dog friendly and provide all the supplies you may need, including the treats! A securely fenced dog run is attached to the patio allowing full access to your pet while outdoors – an amazing space!Inside you will find a spacious open floor plan, living room open to a fully supplied kitchen – This area includes a 50” Fire TV, comfortable furniture, seating, dining table for six and a dedicated desk/work area – The laundry room is complete with a large capacity washer and dryer and includes all the necessities – This home has two spacious fully supplied king bedrooms and a queen bedroom, with a split plan layout.
Amenities
Your kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for preparing any meal, all cookware, utensils, service for six and then some! – Small appliances include crock pot, blender, mixer, coffee pots, toaster and more, an oven and electric range along with a dishwasher
The large spa-like bathroom has an amazing full-sized walk-in shower with all of the extras, and of course an ample supply of linens and towels are included, and a large capacity washer and dryer space is provided with all supplies
Bedrooms one and two hold comfortable king-sized beds, 32” Fire TVs, fully equipped closets with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, storage space, hampers, ceiling fans/lights and lamps and room darkening shades…the third bedroom holds the same with a comfortable queen-sized bed, and a full sized roll-away bed is also available upon request
The home showcases a large wrap-around style porch area, and an even larger patio area with a fully fenced dog run attached, the patio is equipped with more seating, grill and fire pit with supplies – Out front is a spacious lawn if you prefer a place for playing with the kids, an abundance of outdoor toys and games for activities are provided for both young and old, including a horseshoe pit and cornhole court
This home has three parking spaces at the front door, and a huge secure, paved overflow parking lot is available adjacent to the property, perfect for ATV and boat trailers, campers or friends and family!
You will have access to a well-stocked supply of common daily necessities and sometimes forgotten items, many additional items and services are available upon request, dog sitting, walking and additional cleaning are a few examples…please “contact us” with any of your needs.
